Over the weekend Bow had his birthday pawty. Some of my siblings couldn't attend b/c they were out of town, but Bow still had a blast with all his aunts, uncles, grandparents and cousin. Bow spent most of Saturday laying around not doing much, but I kept telling him, he was having a party later and things would be more fun. don't know if he knew what I was saying but oh well:-) Around 4:00 family started to show up. He loved having people over. Last year for his pawty, he had a lot of doggy friends but this year it was just family. Maybe someday his family members will get dogs so he can have doggy relatives. We all ate and then had cake and ice cream sandwiches for celebration. Bow scored big with lots of treats, giftcards and a Kool Collar. After everyone left, Jeremy, Bow and I hung out in the backyard. Bow was ready to go in and hit the hay, but Jeremy and I were having a good time chatting and drinking our beers. So Bow hung with us, but kept going to the door and looking in and then back at us. Needless to say he slept very well that night! The next day, Jeremy and I were outside a lot so we had Bow out with us and gave the "Kool Collar" a try and I'm pretty sure Bow loved it! But he wasn't sure of it at first as he tried to "bite" it off!
