Another Year Older

I celebrated my 29th bday a few days ago. The day was pretty good. I went to work for a few hours and received tons a birthday wishes from coworkers and even a birthday serenade:-) Then it was off to an acupuncture treatment followed by massage. Most of the time a massage sounds wonderful, but since I'm so "messed up" it's kinda painful! The massage wasn't painful, but the cupping technique used gets pretty rough. So rough, that I get bruises on my body from it, so why do i put myself through this? Because my muscles are so tight, I'm willing to try anything to get back to "normal". Stretching on my own would help tremendously...so I need to start that. Later in the day Cole came over to hang out and then mom and dad. Melissa also came over and we went to the pool to hang out. Over all it was a good day. Though Jeremy doesn't acknowledge my birthday, the iMac we got a week ago was my gift. Here's to my last year in my 20's!!
