ONE year!
What an awesome year! A year ago I wouldn’t have guessed how wonderful and rewarding being a mom is. Everyday Hunter brings a smile to my face. The little guy is so much fun and finds ways to surprise me with things he can do.
One year stats:
23lbs 5oz – 50th percentile
30.75” – 55th percentile
18.5” - 50th percentile
Milestones and fun adventures for month #12
Using the sign for "more" a lot
Loves playing where’s Hunter?
Laughs when Bow squeaks his toys
Picks Bow’s food dish out of the holder and runs (in his walker) with it . It’s a sight to see
Puts his zoo animals on the “talker” part of his zoo. A few times he has pressed it down to make the animal talk
Lots of pool play dates with friends
We put Hunter’s soother in his crib a while ago and he really enjoys turning it on when he wakes up. One night after he nursed, I laid him down and walked away by time I got the monitor turned on he had turned on the soother and was laying down the other way. It just made me laugh b/c it was too cute.
Kicks the ball while walking holding onto fingers.
Figured out how to pull the monitor off the wall (we moved the cord and he can’t reach now)
He had a cold for a few days.
I had Jeremy dress Hunter a few times and was really impressed with the outfits he put on him…Hunter looked very good.
Loves to put his hand over his mouth and play “Indian”.
Will take a few steps but not consistent
Loves to throw balls and chase them down
Sets his Laugh and Play puppy up after knocking it down
TIPS his sippy cup and drinks it by himself! I didn’t think this day would come. He would hold his bottle or cup up to his mouth but wouldn’t tilt it. When we would try to help, he would let go and let us hold it. But now he is a pro!
Still wakes up at night.

Happy Birthday to Hunter! Love all the updates, and Hunter is such a handsome little boy!
