Pumpkin Patch 2014

We made a few trips to the pumpkin patch this year.  The first was to Schaake's Pumpkin Patch in Lawrence.  The kiddos and I ventured there after meeting baby Sam.  It was early evening and during the week so there wasn't a crowd.  Perfect.  I wore Eva in the Ergo and Hunter had a fun time playing around.  I even managed to get a few photos of them.

Every year I try to get this picture of Hunter.

Eva's favorite way to view the world

and of course we have to see how tall Hunter is this year

They were looking at a tractor coming our way

Eva found the hay to be very tasty...

Our second trip was to Johnson's Farm in Belton.  This trip was with Jeremy's mom, sister and girls and his cousin.  The pumpkin patch had a lot for the kids to do.  Hunter's favorite things were riding the tractor to get to the pumpkins and playing in a school bus full of sand.  Eva slept most of the time while I wore her.  Next year, I will need to make it out in the early season to buy their beautiful and really reasonably priced mums!
Hunter loved the tractor ride out to the pumkins

The Sand-Bus.  He loved this thing.

The fire truck was a big hit too.  "I'm like Uncle Andy"
