Fun things that Hunter says/does

There are a few things I want to make sure to put in writing so I never forget some of the fun things Hunter is doing right now:

Frequent sayings:
  • Uh-oh, what happened?
  • Sorry Bow.
  • Good Morning (even if it’s night time).
  • Hunter made basketball goal, Yeah! (1000 times a day)
  • Make basketball goal.
  • “I hold it” (when shopping he always wants to hold onto something)

Activities he loves:
  • Having me or Jeremy make a basketball hoop with our arms so he can shoot a basketball in the goal.
  • Playing with Bow.  He loves to throw his toys for Bow to catch.  And he loves to just lay on him and cover up with a blanket.
  • He also loves to call Bow to his room in the morning after he wakes up so he can tell Bow “good morning” and give him a hug.
  • He could watch slideshows on the computer all day long.  He will recognize the pictures from our computer at peoples houses or on other peoples phones and will say “slideshow”.  He will also notice when we hear a song from the slideshow on the radio.
  • He has been a great shopper this holiday season.  When asked if he wants to go shopping he will usually reply with “go shopping with Gran” or go to Target.  He recognizes store logos such as Target, Hy-Vee, Costco and Walmart and will point them out when we are driving.
  • He likes to talk about his cousins and will pick up a phone and will “talk” to Wes or will point out a girl on a box at the store and say it’s Cally.
  • While reading a nativity story he refers to Joseph as “Hunter Joseph” and will call the baby in Mary’s tummy Eva but once the baby is born he knows it Jesus.
  • One random night Hunter told Jeremy “Merry Christmas” as Jeremy turned out the lights for night time.
  • Hunter likes to touch the Christmas lights on the house but knows he has to ask daddy to help him reach the lights.
  • He enjoys trains and making them go around the train track.

There are a ton of more things and as I think of them I will add them to this post.
