The City of Shawnee put on a great Christmas event and next year we will make sure to get there a little earlier so we can do a few more activities. There were a ton of people there so we didn't get inside town hall to see Santa but we did take a carriage ride through Old Shawnee Town. It was freezing but I wore Eva so she was nice and toasty and Hunter was bundled in his coat, hat and gloves.
Santa Visits. We took Bow to see Santa and if the lady would have snapped the picture two seconds earlier Eva wouldn't have been crying but oh well. I still love having the picture of the three with Santa.
We visited Santa at the Bass Pro also. Eva did exactly what I thought she would do:-) Hunter did great and asked for a Garbage Truck.
I had heard that Santa was going to be visiting Ernie Miller park so I took the kids to storytime and Santa stopped by for a visit, he even asked each kid what they wanted.
